Chapbook Contest Winner!!
CONGRATULATIONS to Ann Tweedy, whose chapbook Wind Through a Beak-Drilled Branch was selected by judge Twyla Hansen as the 2026 SDSPS Chapbook Contest winner. Ann's book will be published by SDSPS and sent to SDSPS members this fall as part of their membership benefits. Once published, it will also be available for purchase on the SDSPS website Shop.
Originally from Massachusetts, Ann has lived in many places on the West Coast, the Midwest, and now the South. Having spent over a decade living in Washington State, she currently splits her time between South Dakota and Mississippi, teaching law in Mississippi.
